Ruby Robinson was born in Manchester in 1985 and grew up in South Yorkshire. Her poems have appeared in The Poetry Review, Poetry (Chicago) and elsewhere.

Every Little Sound, published in 2016, is Ruby’s first collection of poems and was shortlisted for the Felix Dennis Forward Prize for Best First Collection and the T. S. Eliot Prize for Best Collection.
